To
complement the other Morris products, when the company decided
that it was going to introduce a coffee of its own it decided
that to fit in with the firm's ethical policies that the beans
used must come from a fairly traded source. The company sought
advice from a number of coffee bean importers and roasters in the
UK and has been fortunate in securing a
on-going supply of fair trade, organic, shade grown arabica beans.
The family
owned company who have been retained by the Morris organisation
to create the unique Morris blend of coffee then roasts these beans
to perfection.
