Question	:	How long is the Franchise agreement for?
Answer	:	It is for a five year period.

Question	:	Can I renew the Franchise Agreement?
Answer	:	Yes there is an option to renew to the terms of the then current Franchise Agreement. There is no renewal fee payable.

Question	:	Can I sell my business?
Answer	:	Yes, having received the prior permission of the Franchisor who must approve the new purchaser. If Morris Pasties Limited introduces the new purchaser, they receive a ‘Finders Fee’ of 7.5% of the sale proceeds.

Question	:	Can I borrow money for the purchase of my Franchise?
Answer	:	This is dependent upon your individual circumstances. All of the major banks have a Franchise Department and are used to dealing with potential Franchisees. The Morris Franchise has been submitted to the banks for familiarisation with the opportunity.

Question	:	What help do I receive during the launch phase?
Answer	:	Morris Pasties Limited are committed to working closely with the Franchisee to achieve an excellent launch. This involves Morris personnel on-site for the first week. A promotional campaign will be devised as considered best for the location. It will involve: The ‘Pasty Character’ being on-site amongst other promotional activities.

Question	:	Do you help me locate premises?
Answer	:	Yes, however the Franchisee is ultimately responsible for the acquisition of suitable premises which have to be approved by Morris Pasties Limited.

Question	:	Are there any plans to develop new products to complement the range?
Answer	:	Morris Pasties Limited is committed to new product development in collaboration with Franchisee feedback and our own Michelin Star chef.

Question	:	Can I be confident about consistent quality product?
Answer	:	Unlike other pasty companies, we have our own factory in which we are in total control. It has been developed to deal with all anticipated growth.

Question	:	What does the Management Services Fee cover?
Answer	:	The Back up and Support Services (documented earlier in this memorandum).

Question	:	What items are purchased from the Franchisor?
Answer	:	All items sold in a Morris Pasty shop are listed on the Morris Approved products List.
